Call Closed - Portmagee Whiskey
Portmagee Whiskey Experience require a partner to assist with the development of a ticketing platform for online and onsite sales which will be partially funded under the Failte Ireland, Digital the Delivers project.
Portmagee Distilling and Brewing Company was founded in early 2017 by two brothers John and James Murphy who are from Portmagee, Co. Kerry.
The Murphy brothers have a site in Portmagee that used to be the Royal Irish Constabulary (RIC) Barracks until it was burned down during the Irish War of Independence. The building subsequently belonged to the Murphy family and has been passed down from generation to generation - it’s last use was as a cow shed! It is presently in the process of being developed from a state of disrepair into a Welcome Centre and visitor experience.
Proposal Deadline: Noon, Friday 19th November 2021.
