I have spent over 15 years in the tourism industry creating memorable experiences all over the world. I believe that seamless technology integrations improve guest service and that good technology can enhance every business.

Many tourist attractions need help choosing new technology to support their businesses and understanding their business requirements. Many didn’t have the skills or understanding in-house to do the required checks and find the right solution for their needs. I wanted to help businesses understand their requirements so they could find the right solution before making any purchasing decisions.

Leading many revenue management projects for major attractions worldwide including full system replacements, new attraction installations and CRM implementations has given me the skills to identify processes and requirements. My work includes projects with many household brands including Merlin Entertainments, Dubai The Palm, BeWILDerwood, V&A London, and Natural History Museum London.

I have held nervously shaking hands (literally and metaphorically) as doors have opened for the first time and supported hundreds of team members through changes to their systems and processes. It has been a great pleasure to serve my clients and watch their businesses grow and thrive.
